He makes me think of some other char. Anyway, looking good. Nice shading on the vest.

Although I know virutally nothing about this character, you've managed to capture a great sense of potential tensity and power in his pose. His curled fingers speak of an inner drive, but one quite unknown, if not hidden beneath the smooth, glossy shades of his coloration. The background of amorphous ice effects works quite well in adding a sense of unknown qualities, as if there were some veiled threat there which others cannot discern.

Your linework captures and elongated, towering sense to him, and I find that the warm, golden colors of his tie and cloak/jacket epaulets seem to give his shoulders an aggressive forward thrust, as if he were about to lash or stride forward. His expression is also quite bleak, and seems to hide some sort of powerful intent.
